Terry Denny Apartment Gallery
The Terry Denny Apartments feature renovated loft and penthouse loft apartments in an 1889 historic landmark building, previously known as the Northern Hotel. The Northern Hotel was built after the great Seattle fire in 1889, and operated from 1891 until just after World War II ended. The building was converted to loft and penthouse loft apartments in 2000.
Today the Terry Denny Apartment Building lobby features the original Northern Hotel safe and tile work. Combining Pioneer Square history with the luxuries of contemporary apartment living, the spaces have been restored to accent the building’s timeless features. The historic loft apartments offer exposed brick walls, high ceilings, modern amenities and oversized windows. The modern penthouse loft apartments offer two levels of living space and private decks with stunning downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay views.
