How long are your lease terms for renting an apartment?
We offer a 6 or 12 month lease.
What are the move in costs?
Refundable damage deposit is $500, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $300, and a credit check fee of $47 per person.
What utilities are included?
Garbage and recycling are included in the monthly rent. Water and electricity, which are separately metered, are not included.
Do you take pets?
Yes, we allow cats & dogs with an additional $300 deposit and a $100 fee per pet.
What about parking?
Terry Denny Apartment Building offers on-site basement parking; please inquire about current availability. We also offer additional off-site parking at the Butler Garage for Terry Denny residents at special discounted monthly rates. The Butler garage is located approximately 1 block East of the building on the corner of 2nd Avenue and James Street.
Parking for The Corona Lofts is offered at the Butler Garage, located directly across the street from the building. We offer special discounted monthly parking rates for Corona residents.
Is there storage available?
Storage units are available in both buildings for an additional fee per month. Please inquire about current availability.
